Did you know that Filipinas are some of the most loving and selfless women you’ll ever meet?Many of us grow up dreaming of having a simple, complete family someone to love, care for, and build a life with. A lot of Filipinas are even willing to give up their own dreams and careers just to serve their husbands, take care of their homes, cook, clean, and raise children with love and loyalty. Many are forced to go overseas, leaving their own kids behind, just to work as domestic helpers for other nationalities all to give their families a better life. Many of them became single mothers not because they wanted to, but because they were lied to and abandoned by irresponsible men. That's why they joined a foreign dating site. What breaks my heart is hearing stories about foreigners who come here to “pretend” they want a serious relationship only to use Filipinas for sex, it makes me sick. It’s disgusting and cruel. Filipinas are not toys or vacations we are human beings. We love deeply, we hope endlessly, and yes, we hurt terribly when we’re betrayed. I honestly don’t understand what it is about sex that makes some men act like animals, forgetting basic respect and decency. What kind of pride or satisfaction can anyone get from deceiving women who only seek love and sincerity? To me, that’s not smart or admirable that’s ignorance at its purest form. It’s not “fun” or “adventure.” It’s exploitation, and it shows more ignorance than education ever could fix. Knowing this truth made me feel mad and deeply hurt for my fellow Filipinas. It opened my eyes to how cruel some people can be. I realized that when someone says “serious relationship,” it doesn’t always mean genuine. We might come from humble lives, but our hearts carry loyalty, strength and love that no one can fake. PLEASE BE HUMAN
