I wake up rubbing the sleep from my face while walking into the kitchen and pressing the on button on the coffee pot and wait for my cup to fill. I open the window in the Tuscan Villa, and the cool breeze and early morning sun on my face feel amazing. I inhale a deep breath of the most amazing morning fresh air, and while exhaling, I look at the fog clinging to the sides of the hills and into the valleys of the Tuscan countryside.Its magical here....something you would only see in movies....so inspirational. I open up my laptop sitting on an old 200 year old plank table at the base of the window. I go into the kitchen and pour my cup of coffee with just enough cream and a bit of organic brown sugar. The steam coming off the cup in my hands, dances out of the top of the cup in spirals and twirls then dissapears into the cool fresh air coming in from the open window. I sit down, take that first sip, then start typing onto the keys of the laptop, sleep still in my eyes, and hair that rivals Einstein. I dive in to the new adventures I will take some unsuspecting reader for, on this first of many amazing days of the rest of my life. Then just when I start the second paragraph, I feel her soft warm hands touching and caressing the sides of my face so warmly. It is so quiet in this place yet she somehow appeared behind me without me even knowing. She kisses the top of my head, puts her arms around by neck and presses her cheek into mine, and I can still smell the scent of her perfume. She then casually walks into the kitchen, as I watch her silhouette through the light blue silk nightgown that the Tuscan sun has shed its light upon, to pour herself a cup of coffee. She then goes outside onto the deck and sits in an old victorian wrought iron bench that swings from the top of the upper balcony beam while she takes her first sip. I love to write, even though it is still a part time hobby. I do the odd charcoal drawing and one day am going to buy big thick tubes of oil paint and some canvases and see what actually comes out. I really think everyone should do that someday. Everyone....Any day....one day......some day....could be that incredible day...... and in the mean time.... let us all enjoy each one to its fullest. I enjoy my career in the health food business, and I hope to start travelling soon. Less work....more life.....Europe very much interests me, Italy, Spain, Southern France, of course Paris. But then India seems very fascinating as well. I guess the sky is the limit. I would love to just start experiencing and enjoying life much more from this point forward and would like to do so with some one special. Eating healthy and exercise is important to me. I need to do better on both, but I am working on it and would enjoy sharing this with someone special amongst many many more special experiences.
