On a personal level, I would consider myself reserved with a calm and rational personality. My approach to interpersonal interaction is dialogue and communication based - and I believe there really should not be any major, unresolvable issues as long as there is a foundation of open and sincere communication. Having said that, I would highlight my priorities as being Genuine, sincere and direct. I think if these three are constant, any interaction between people is going to be with clarity and frank openness.
