I'm a bit of a goofball. I like to joke around and laugh a lot and am told that I’m a bundle of positive energy. I used to be extremely social and still am to some extent, but am admittedly much more interested in staying home with good company than going out these days, although I still like to get out and do fun things often. Live music, hit the beach or lake, or just meet some friends for drinks. I'm a water lover and usually keep a boat on one of the lakes where I live. Don't get out on salt water that much, but would like to more as I get more free time. I'm a small business owner. I'm on a bit of a road less traveled, I guess. I was a full time real estate investor for a while which had a lot of ups and downs. My latest business venture is more work but more stable. Supposed to be, anyway. I'm actually working towards not being an employee there anymore. I'll still own half of the business, but plan to give up much of my salary to have more freedom to do other things. Basically I'm looking to not have a job at my company, just live on the profit. Not quite ready to retire fully, though. I'm actually looking to open a business in the PH. My current one has 10 remote employees there, awesome people. I'm heading there now (to look at real estate. Currently in Australia, gonna land in Manila around the 12th I think (October of 2025). Gonna hit Malaysia on the way, but don't have travel booked past that. Here with friends, but gonna go into PH solo so I can get my ish done. 6 week trip, should be in the PH for 4 weeks or so. I'll be there quite a bit if I pull there on the business, but home base will always be Atlanta, GA in the US. Too many friends there to move away full time. Prob buy something there as a second home if I pull the trigger on the business. I love it over there. Would love to meet some cool people and hopefully someone to settle down with. Pretty social and open minded so get along with everyone, but picky on who I date. Totally cool if you are too, let's go have dinner and see if there's any chemistry. If there's a real connection the distance won't be an issue. I don't have kids, but it was always my plan. I was married in my 20's and wanted them more than my wife at the time, but now that I'm staring at 50, I'm not sure what will happen on that front. I could go either way. I like to be comfortable, but am not materialistic and tend to not like being around people that are. I've got nice things, but am not over the top with it and value experiences and people over "stuff". Also, I was raised in the South. You can google Southern Gentleman if you don't know what that means, but we are pretty much trained around here by our fathers to respect women and treat them well. Meaning I won’t be sending dick pics or asking for nudes, but will be opening doors, paying for dinner and being respectful to your friends and family. 😉

I’m usually the shy one in crowds, but as soon as I get comfortable, you can’t shut me up! I love having good conversations. They don’t have to be world changing. I’ve lost that ability through the years and would love to get it back. I'm pretty damn funny, too. I see the funny in every situation. Laughter at inappropriate times.
