I have had an account at this site Filipino Cupid for a long time - the actual amount of time I have logged onto it and used it is less than two years. I only used it when I paid the fee for a gold membership. I saw no point in coming here and visiting a woman's website presentation unless I could actually write to them. You can only do that if you pay for it. I am still that way today. If initially you can't write or don't like to; we probably won't work out for each other. In the past I had this site and presentation of myself set up for meeting women in the Philippines. I am adjusting it for meeting women from the United States. I will see what happens. Recently I logged on here to see how things were going. I started receiving as many messages and interests from women in the USA as from the Philippines. That was a change. I have been away for a while. I have decided to reopen with a gold membership and try writing to some women here in the USA. An immediate effect of this; if I meet someone from NJ my home state for instance, they area lot closer than the Philippines. I am interested in meeting someone who is within an hour or two driving distance of where I live. Much of the rest of this presentation from me will not change from what I have said here in the past. Filipino Cupid offers a certification process. It is under the edit profile section called IMBRA. They also can certify age. Age is not a big deal for me but for instance if you are a older guy talking to an "eighteen" year old girl you better hope she is. I probably won't contact women below the age of 35. At the age they are still a lot younger than I am. WIth IMBRA you end up certifying that divorces, if you had one, is complete - that you actually have children - your id is checked to verify who you are. You only do this once. I was away from this site for a while so I was asked to re-verify recently when I came back on here. I sent in a scan of my passport card and driver's license - but I think they needed only one of those. Just about all of you don't do this. Half the people that read this profile are scammers looking for information to use so they can figure out how to take my money (and I don't have all that much of that to take). So when I answer your message or "like" and you don't have the green check - I figure there is a 50% chance you are trying to rip me off. Gee, I was going to say, what a great place to start a conversation from. Be well now. I love to meet people who are OK with just dialing a phone number and saying hello to each other on a standard cell phone or home phone. We need to meet in person before any real talk about serious stuff - public place like a coffee shop - Starbucks is good - middle of the day - your the lady - bring a friend - make sure everything is ok for you.
