I have a decent career with good prospects, which I enjoy and am good at which is important to me. I have a good group of friends even thou they are scattered all over the country. The one thing that I’m missing is a good woman. I’m a driven and organized person but at the same time like to chill out and go with the flow especially when not at work. Been separated 2 years, have 3 little lunatics who are my world and we like to go out and do stuff when I get them. Ex-forces bloke so got a few stories and have experienced a fair bit of the world especially the sandy bits. I can cook ish, have a dry sense of humour and was usually the one that got told off for getting up to no good at school, so I'm no stranger being deep in it. I am old school too, so I open doors for people and say thank you. I also have the ability to admit my mistakes even if it does get me 3 points and a fine. Unfortunately I was blessed with being very shy so making the first move is not my strong point, however once that initially contact has been made.... Stuff I like includes - Getting messages, Integrity, Cornish Pasties, Smelling nice, The Military, Travel, Photography, Aeroplanes, Leicester Tigers, A mug of tea, Bacon Butties and obviously my Children! Stuff I dislike - Dishonesty, Gin, Tomatoes, Creepy Crawlies and Ignorant people. Stuff I Miss - My Kids, Cuddles, the 80's and diving in the car with a loved one and just going out for the hell of it. Whilst I'm not Percy Thrower, if you have a picture of you in your back garden and it looks like the Gaza Strip I'm unlikely to be interested. I have no problem dating someone from a different culture, but please live within an hour or so of me as I do like to see who I'm dating on a regular basis. In short, I was brought up right but 23 years in the forces corrupted me and left me with a broken body and some mobility issues! hence the weight lol I wear my heart on my sleeve and would love to find a lass as nutty as myself with a laid back outlook on life. Although I'm military, I'm completely laid back and chill. I'm certainly one of the more liberal minded guys around these parts. Not liberal in terms of, 'don't hurt that tree, or eat that cow,' but more along the philosophical means. I'm passionate about music and film. I'm open to just about any genre and usually spend my free time enjoying one or the other. When it comes to art and performance, I certainly have a deep appreciation for the work, but can't say that I share a solid connection. I've traveled around the world a couple times while working and partying on 6 continents. It's certainly the best thing I've taken from my career. Right now I'm currently enjoying the UK and probably have a dozen, or so, hopeful travel destinations around Europe while I'm here. It would be great to meet someone who is open to sharing their heart. An open mind and laid back attitude wouldn't hurt either=). Drinks for a first date are a good ice breaker. I'm also a fan of meeting up in a group. It's all about finding out whether or not we click on our first meet, right? You know it when you feel it. I am an extremely laid back guy. Very easy to get along with. I would like to say I am a considerate person, I cannot stand rude people. I am pretty sarcastic at times but not in bad way I just have a good sense of humour. I am a calm person life is far too short to be stressed out. I'm an honest and loyal person who believes in doing the right and I stand by people who are the same. I don't take life too seriously but neither do I live a life of chaos. I like to set little goals and plan ahead so you always have something to look forward too. I go to the gym regulary, I also play a lot of sport. I like music, lots of various types, but dance and electronic music are right up my street.
