Missing Japanese people and culture
Hi, I love Japanese culture and food and think it’s great when cultures cross. It makes life more interesting. I absolutely adore cooking and am proud to say I’m getting pretty good. I do traditional food, sous vide and smoking / bbq. I love cinema including foreign language movies and am a big fan of Akita Kurosawa (proud owner of over 600 movies 🙂). My musical interests are incredibly diverse ranging from pop, classical, jazz, rock and finally to metal. I own several bicycles and love camping and the outdoors. My future plans are to start photography again, learn the guitar and to buy a boat to potentially live on. I also have a family house in France.
