Seeking: Female 30 - 44
Occupation: Administrative / Secretarial / Clerical
I appreciate intelligence, good communication and an active lady who has morals with great values. I believe that respect, honesty and loyaly are important for a good relationship. It would be great not to take life so seriously and laugh alot! I love to travel to new and interesting destinations as you can not truly respect the world that we live in unless you learn its cultures and its people. Think cooking can be fun when shared and a glass of wine can bring inspiration to every meal! I maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle and love to get outdoors and be active. I am not political but am interested in the enviromental factors of our world. I volunteer for mels on wheels when i can. Friendships and family are important to me and i enjoy being sociable with those i value. Am told i have a youthful outlook on life and a vibrant soul. I have a great sense of humour, dont sweat the small stuff and certainly would love to be connected to a woman who shares the same view. I think acceptance and support for each others pursuits of positive growth is a necessary part of ensuring a long term connection. There is nothing more satisfying than sharing life with someone who accepts, appreciates and loves your company! I am still young and there is so much yet to accomplish in life. I would really appreciate honesty when being contacted. Looking for a fit, healthy woman, between 38-48. If you are looking for tall dark and handsome i am not your man :) lol I also have some body art (4tattoo's) My Interests Music: Love the classics of the 80's, enjoy most music from classic to country, easy listening to hip hop and am open to most musical tastes. Reading: Love to read books and interesting articles. There is so much to be learned from others and although i dont have a favourite author i am inspried by true stories of courage. Movies & TV: love all the greats.. and although i dont watch much tv i do enjoy watching movies that are well produced and scripted. I like humerous movies, thrillers, foreign...light hearted and inspirational. Sport: Always happy to watch and learn about all aspects of all sport. Am not currently in a team sport but admire those that do. Other interests: I appreciate most things in life. Enjoy walks, hikes, cycling, tennis, new adventures, camping, candlelit dinners, photography, cultures of this world, charity work, the enviroment, music, cooking and appreciate art/architecture/history.
Liam
36 Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia
Seeking: Female 20 - 35
Occupation: Administrative / Secretarial / Clerical
Once upon a time there was this totally awesome guy named Liam. (who was modest too) Boring work stuff: I have a full time job doing data entry, don't get me wrong, I really don't mind my job, I just don't think a job defines who you are as a human being. Unless you're like a hitman. Or dictator. Or professional cannibal. So.. my biggest hobby is this: I'm a celebrant. (or 'officiant' depending on which country you're hailing from) It may be a bit different, but making a day awesome for other people, especially a day that two people will remember for the rest of their lives, gives you a nice warm fuzzy feeling inside and I always end the day with a smile on my face. Especially when I've been able to be that guy when various friends have gotten married. As for other hobbies, I have a hobby I like to call "dogged persistence", and it works like this: I come up with a crazy, slightly there out there idea - like sending a 6 foot tall cardboard cut out of myself to a friends party when I couldn't make it, running 1000 miles in four months, or writing a book about tracking down and interviewing every I've ever had a crush on from age six to present - and then with only slightest bit of encouragement I throw myself full bawl into the task until, through hell and high water, persisting through running at 1am in the morning (1000 mile challenge), or having to organise a reunion of my sixth grade class (yes, this happened when I wrote the book), I stay with the task until I've succeeded. This makes life surprisingly fun and interesting, and always leaves me with a story to tell. As you can see, I've always been compelled by emotions to engage in risky behaviour, sometimes this gets me into trouble, often it just gets me into fun. :-) When I can afford it I would sincerely like to visit Bora Bora, travel to the states and stay in the Dog Bark Inn (it's an Inn in the shape of a dog!), the motel made of treehouses, the manhole cover in Wallace, Idaho that residents of the town have declared the centre of the universe and Barrow, Alaska where the sun stays up for 67 days. Five reasons you shouldn't date me: 1) I have terrible sleeping patterns. I'm talking staying up up til 2am and then up at 7am for work. 2) I can quote the Princess verbatim. The entire film. 2) I did once get involved in a land war in asia. And I went in with a Sicilian when death was on the line. 3) I listed two twice just so I could use a Princess quote. 4) I think 'That's what she said' is a perfectly acceptable line to throw out, when appropriate, to solicit a humorous response. I have learned it inadvisable to do so at funerals. 5) I'm the youngest of eight siblings. So when you fall irrevocably and desperately in love with me and you meet my family, be prepared. It's full on and bit intense. They're all lovely though. Except for one. He's a douche.
